RE: Historic Design Review Case No. HIS 14-16 (Major Historic Discretionary Review of a proposal to demolish the Marion Car Rental and Park structure at 195-97 Commercial St SE)
COMMENT: The Board of Directors of the Central Area Neighborhood Development Organization (CANDO) recommends that the Commission DENY the proposed demolition for the reasons set out in the city’s staff report submitted by Kimberli Fitzgerald.
